Hamilton TikTok is a subsection of TikTok that falls under entertainment. Hamilton is a Broadway musical that came out in 2015, and it’s one of the most, if not the most prominent musical in modern musical theater. Its fanbase is large, and they took to TikTok when the official pro-shot of the show came out as a movie on Disney+ this summer.

Fans make videos on all sorts of Hamilton related topics. Some post videos analyzing and connecting songs from the meticulously written soundtrack. After watching the movie, many made videos pointing out hidden moments and meanings that can only be seen in the live performances. Fans also post content ranking different songs and characters, commenting on the actors’ performances, sharing clips from behind the scenes of the original Broadway cast, or even singing songs from the show themselves.

The show got so popular on TikTok that Hamilton even made an official TikTok, @hamiltonmusical.
